A Grayson County NAACP Member's Student Success Story
For the past year, AGS went above and beyond in helping me transition from high school to college. Whether it was a text message of encouragement or an hour-long Zoom call helping me break down a game plan, he was there. Before we started looking into finances, I didn't know how I was going to pay to attend a university or what the next four years would look like. AGS helped me find scholarships, create a website, and use other donation platforms to help get the word out. Now my first semester is completely paid for with scholarship money. I also have scholarship organizations I can reapply to in future years and a much stronger understanding of the scholarship process.
Individual results vary. Student experiences do not guarantee college admission, scholarship awards, financial aid, or fundraising outcomes.
